RESPONSIBILITIES

* Strategic support to our purchasing team regarding code of conduct issues.
* Conduct code of conduct audits on site at our suppliers.
* Perform risk assessments, planning and follow up of field activities in the assigned region.
* Support our suppliers in development activities.

This full time position reports to the Responsible Sourcing Team Manager in Eastern Europe and will be based in Poland. The position will require frequent travelling in Poland and Eastern Europe.
QUALIFICATIONS

* Bachelor degree or above from relevant university studies.
* Extensive experience in supply chain management and code of conduct auditing.
* Good understanding of Eastern European country labor law (with detailed knowledge of Polish legislation), health and safety requirements and environmental legislation.
* Good knowledge in the field of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
* Ability to work both independently and as part of the team.
* Very good language and communication skills — English and Polish is required. Knowledge of additional Eastern European languages will be an advantage.
* High level of personal and professional integrity and trustworthiness.
